Hired Attorney

If you have lots of money and precious time to waste, use this guy as your lawyer. He will take your money happily, screw your case royally and will act in a way as if he is doing a favor to you by doing so. As far as knowledge about immigration matters (forget about people skills) is concerned, I will say that a person who is not a lawyer but knows to read blogs/Internet will know more. He made major mistakes in my Labor application because of which my I140 got denied.

Hired Attorney

This attorney sent a different client's documents to immigration instead of mine! He lost credibility so I fired him and hired another. Lawyers should never make such mistakes. Even though, he's been my lawyer for 4 years, he has lost my trust starting summer 2010 for slow responses which have delayed my case and the paperwork mix up was the icing on the cake :(. AND on top of it all he refused to refund me my $1050 but I'd rather lose some money over getting my case denied.
