Hired Attorney

I worked a case with Brett. He's one othe finest human beings I've ever known - the compassion he ahowed his clent in serving the other party out of area and his genuine love for people has endeared him to a whole community of fellow peoples who may have been born elsewhere. He has a Christian heart for his clients and deals with all types of people by the golden rule-and yes, he hears from God. I've known Brett since he graduated from college; I've known his family even longer-our families have been friends since high school where his mother and my late father served on the parental advisory board at St. Anselm's Abbey School together. They are without question, some of the most wonderful folks I've ever encountered. If you're looking for a great attorney who'll work his behind off for his clients, I can think of no man of greater character to recommend than my lifelong friend Brett A. Tomkins.

Hired Attorney

Brett Tompkins is an unprofessional and unforthcoming attorney. We hired him due to a family member dealing with criminal charges. This self proclaimed attorney never had an actual meeting with his client. He did not communicate at all. Did not to show up or follow through with scheduled meetings or phone calls. He had excuses like being out of the state or he was completely unresponsive for days/weeks. When the time for the actual case came he settled without the consent of his client.
