James McClellan is the most knowledgeable Attorney I’ve ever spoken to. He knew his stuff, referred back to resources from past cases & his own experiences. Although, Mr. James McClellan wasn’t exactly compassionate or in the medical language… he doesn’t exactly have the best ‘Bedside’ manners. This didn’t bother me much at all, as soon as I remembered my own advise to friends & family re: surgeons which is, ‘Be ready with your questions because the Dr will be in & out before you know it & they are not there to be your best friend, the most import thing is he is an excellent surgeon.” Mr. McClellan is a very busy Attorney who is very intelligent @ ruthless at what he does! He may seem expensive @ $200/hr but don’t let that worry you; he doesn’t take much time since he knows the law thoroughly! -Anonymous
Very attentive and detail oriented.
Hired for a case my son had. Yes it was a tuff case but Charged 5000.00 and said he would take it to trial. Said so many things never followed thru with any went to court four times and four time just told my son plead quilty Did not do one thing he stated he would do 5000.00 for 4 trips to court. Worse lawyer I ever seen
Was referred to this lawyer and shortly after at a court appearance it was learned that he was also the lawyer for my ex's father . After this my case seemed unimportant for him to win and the communication seemed to only be between a message system And the case was not won. He should have excused himself from my case and returned my 6000. Because prison is my sentence
