Everyone in the office were very friendly and knew me by name, making it personal and not just a transaction. I never talked to Perry, so I am unsure what his role was. I think it was very expensive for not for not having ever seen the lawyer. I also think we should have tried going after the individual instead of leaving it to my insurance.
