All talk, no bite. Let the other attorney introduce testimony that he knew he could refute, but he let it in and never cross examining on it. Went on vacation before trial and did not submit documents to opposing counsel so the documents could not be introduced. If he was a fraction as good as he brags that he is, he'd be at least mediocre.
Arrogant. Loosing his memory. Works for money not you. Difficult to work with. Extremely over priced. 10k retainer for child custody and he didn’t do anything I asked of him. They will not work around your schedule. It’s on their time only. He will not take suggestions, he will not do what you ask of him, he will do what he wants cause he knows all the judges.
