Paula Silverstein and her staff went above and beyond to make sure my best interest was always first and foremost. Paula and Kirsten, her paralegal, we very responsive to any question that I asked and explained things in a manner that I could understand. My divorce was not the easiest to navigate through at times, due to the opposing side, but at the end of the day everything that I wanted to accomplish in the end was met. I was referred to Attorney Ilkanoff by my Workers Comp lawyer. I was in an auto accident that lead to my having spinal fusion surgery. From our first meeting through the trial Attorney Ilkanoff was there for me. He explained my options and patiently answered my questions. His response time to all of communications was rapid. He was able to read my emotions and help me process them. Most importantly Attorney Ilkanoff involved me in the decision-making. Quite often he would present a matter to me and ask for my thoughts. His office staff and paralegal are professional, respectful, and cordial. During this ordeal my mother passed away. The practice sent me a beautiful planted Peace Lily. This act deeply touched me and only served to show how Attorney Ilkanoff cares about his clients as people. Should I have another legal matter I will not hesitate to seek out Attorney Ilkanoff.
Attorney Ilkhanoff and his staff were wonderful and so understanding. We had to move quickly on custody and adoption after my daughter passed away in December 2020 and the compassion and genuine caring that we received from everyone was overwhelming. Our case was won and we are the proud parents of our soon to be 10 year old grandson.
