Phone calls aren't returned in a timely manner if at all. They don't stay on top of their cases like they should. I don't think they work for the employee like they should. I believe they are worried just about how much they are getting once the case is settled. Last but not least, if you are suppose to get $248,000 but only $77,000.00 cash up front and then rest paid out to you over 30 years. How can they take their commission out of the cash you are getting? They rip you off!!
