Hired Attorney Stephanie Frangos Hagan

Awful response time. Doesn’t listen. Unkind. I would not recommend this lawyer and regret the money spent. Avoid if you can. I waited many weeks for a simple response and was met with passive aggression and rudeness.

Hired Attorney Phyllis S. Klein

Phyllis was highly unprofessional. She was recommended to my case. Phyllis allowed documents without any basis or proof to be used for the case, she never followed up with the defendant on getting those documents and she offered her services for free and then kept charging me for two months after I wrote a formal letter terminating her services. She was an hour late to our first call because it was raining and she wanted to drive home, there were people in the background of a highly confidential zoom call. I will absolutely be filing a dispute with the State of NJ.

Hired Law Firm

Phyllis Klein has a history of siding with one side and hanging up on the other side. Google oberman vs oberman. She often claims somebody owes her money.
