Hired Attorney Duncan C. Turner

Felt good at first, lots of initial empty promises. As soon as I signed an engagement and wired $25K, I never spoke with Duncan Turner again. I was assigned another partner who lost my case and kept saying he had to bring outside attorneys in to consult over a probate case. I was billed for these 3rd party consultations directly from them outside of my $25K retainer. In the end it was a mess. After losing my case I could not get any of the attorneys to contact me. Horribly botched. Guess that's what you get for signing up with the first person you call.

Hired Attorney Duncan C. Turner

At the request of Duncan Turner of Badgley Mullins Turner I recruited nearly a dozen current and former employees of a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ exchange in order to bring a class action case against them. Duncan Turner of Badgley Mullins Turner did not keep a single promise made to this group causing massive delays and damage to the case. Duncan Turner does not follow up and does not keep his word.
