Laura Jean Giordano is an experienced attorney with a wide range of litigation experience which began in insurance defense over 15 years ago with a focus in medical malpractice defense. Since then, Laura has practiced in County, District and United States District Courts in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense and family law litigation; often presenting arguments at trial and hearing on a daily basis. Laura currently focuses in the area of insurance defense where she has extensive experience in handling cases from inception through trial in construction, medical malpractice, first party, transportation, premises liability, coverage and commercial litigation defense.
Laura approaches her cases with civility and client results in mind. It is her goal to successfully and efficiently resolve matters for clients when practical and to be ready to take a case to trial anytime necessary.
Laura is a native New Mexican, born in El Paso, Texas and returning to Texas to attend Texas Tech Law School in 2000. She began practicing in Dallas in 2003 and joyfully spends most of her free time on the fields/courts watching her kids play Lacrosse and Basketball. She is also active in her church and enjoys reading novels as well as current case law.
