IT was truly an honor to work with mr. Hill. He Represented me in a real estate case where he effortlessly protected my assets. His Ability to recall sections and subsections of state law is uncanny; even the magistrate took notes!! I was nothing less than starstruck when watching him in the courtroom. It's truly a pity this man doesn't do criminal defense, he is an excellent attorney who can coolly shut up any opponent by simply providing facts. outside of the courtroom, he is humble and personable.. Never on a high horse. You Will learn allot from this man Im not proud to say I've needed many attorneys in my day, but Frank Hill is the only one I would recommend, and do so with a fierceness.
Frank is responsible for my Father-in-law's estate, it has taken him nearly a decade to settle the estate and it still isn't complete. My wife passed away without seeing a closure to what should have been a clear cut to settle in a reasonable time. Frank doesn't return calls in a reasonable time is always vague what the next steps or issue that needs to clear up. Since my wife is died on December 6, now I am part of the settlement, I watched my wife continually try to get clarification on the status. and so far it seems we will be left with a tac bill from the sale of the family home, but my my wife (now me) and the other heirs of the estate. a decade is too long to settle the state of middle class college professor. It has been a long stressful situation my wife has had to work with frank, she died of a heart attack without final closure over her father's passing. Her siblings and I have been discussing legal action against Frank, I'm letting them take the lead in that.
