ERIC VALLEY IS A COMPLETE JOKE! We tried to hire him last September to help with "just information" regarding removing property after renter died. He agreed to charge us one hour ONLY at $450/hour but no matter how long it would take him, he would help us because he was friends with the son (lol, not even). We spoke on Tuesday; we requested an email by Friday. He started texting & harassing me non-stop for 6 hours early Friday morning wanting more money HE HADN'T EVEN PROVIDED US WITH ANYTHING!! He actually started calling me names!! We finally fired him Friday afternoon for breach of verbal contract. Hours later he sent me an email with "PICTURES OF JIBBERISH ON LEGAL PAPER" - wasn't even decipherable. This guy really needs to have his license revoked! The fact I have a brain, stopped his BS dead. People of less knowledge are getting scammed by this cretin!! HE DOESN'T DO ANY WORK & JUST WANTS MORE MONEY!! STOP ERIC VALLEY CAMPAIGN!! NARCISISTIC PATHETIC JOKE!!
Ton of money wasted. Never filed nor filled out forms correctly. Have to now go to another attorney, and pay out more money for simple court papers. He was a no call no show for appointments. Phone calls went to voice-mail. Never returned messages. Repeatedly ignored for weeks at a time. Kept asking for more money. Then wanted to file paperwork that would lead to more litigation. Never filed for eviction as asked. The receipt is padded as I did research and gave it to him. He gaslit the hell out of me instead of answering questions. His pay pal states you're paying for him to be elected judge. Delay delay delay. King of delay!!
Eric Vally is a joke he should be taken in for a mental exam because he needs some serious help. He is the lead clown in the circus act in downtown Shelton. He must not know how to tell time because he is always late sometimes up to a hour late! He made a fool of himself in court and the judge just about threw him out. I took a friend to him for help and he keeps trying to get money out of me and I wasn’t even the one who had to go to court! I was told he has a very bad drug problem and does this to get cash to get his fix. At first I didn’t believe it but it all makes since why he begs for money all the time. Stay away from this one or you will be wishing you did.
WARNING do not make the mistake I made and give his representation a chance. I read his reviews and against my better judgment got fooled by talking to him over the phone and hiring him during a challenging period in my life. It was a disaster from the get go. His incompetence was a disgrace and embarrassment to me in my case. He failed to ensure the court received signed documents I promptly turned in to him, which the court didn't acknowledge at the hearing and resulted in a whole lot of wasted time and expense.He didn't share very pertinent information from opposing counsel regarding a parenting plan which was beneficial to both of us in the case through the holidays. This resulted in the Judge having to make a decision that restricted my time with the children even more. He had the audacity to text me after court and say that we won the day in court!
