About Mr. Scott A. Warden

Scott is an associate representing healthcare providers, medical institutions, and other professionals in complex civil litigation, including medical malpractice defense and related claims.

Scott provides clients with a thorough legal analysis, strategic case management, and diligent advocacy at every stage of the litigation process. He is committed to delivering practical, clear, and effective guidance tailored to meet the needs of each client he serves.

Scott is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association.

While in law school, Scott was a member of the Quinnipiac Law School Mock Trial Society where he competed in the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law’s Trials and Tribulations Mock Trial Competition. He also did an externship at the Connecticut Division of Criminal Justice Cold Case Unit, as well as drafting and arguing the state’s response in State v. Bolden 227 Conn.App. 636 (2024) while in the Prosecution Appellate Clinic.

Outside of his legal practice, Scott maintains a strong commitment to community service and tradition. He is a retired police sergeant and an Eagle Scout, and he was honored with both the Flower Mound Police Department Chief’s Award for Excellence and the Department’s Community Service Award. As a native Texan, he also has a deep appreciation for barbeque and enjoys perfecting the craft of smoking meats. These pursuits reflect his dedication, passion, and lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and community, values he carries into his legal practice.
