Hired Attorney David Volman

David was very easy to talk to. It is very important to me that the person I hire actually cares about what he does. He provided needed information and I never got the impression I was taking up his time.

My emails and phone calls were rarely answered in a timely manner. My divorce decree was improperly drafted and had to be modified at a later date at my expense. I was not kept informed of the progress of my case. My bill was incorrect. The attorney couldn't even spell my name correctly.

Hired Law Firm

To start off I don't think he had any intention of helping me in any way.I don't believe he read any of the documents sent to him by my wives attorney.Maybe he was to busy to deal with my case because I was totally neglected and I had to make all decisions on paperwork alone.I changed attorneys and got slammed $1400.additional for his complete lack of effort.Terrible!!!!!
