Hired Law Firm

I would highly recommend choosing another law firm. A while back I attained Paul Dirkse for some estate issues with a family member. After a while, Paul stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. After not hearing from Paul for over a year, he contacted me this past March to apologize for his lack of professionalism and said that he wanted to make it up to me. I was talked into meeting with him and Atty Herbert Humke to see if there was anything that they could do. At that time, I was told a letter was going to be sent to the family member. After a few weeks, I contacted Herbert to ask what the status was and at that time he told me a letter was sent at the end of April and that he would get me a copy. A Few weeks later and still no copy of letter. Two weeks ago I left a message for Paul and Herbert and still no response. Last week I sent both an email and still no response. If you're looking for a reliable lawyer, do not choose "Hopp Neumann Humke LLP".
