This agreement in itself was a victory as this county NEVER before has excluded jail time in this type of case. {para}Prior to the sentencing, Dennis wrote an amazing letter to the judge voicing reasons and pleading for the probation itself to be reduced. On the day of sentencing, he pleaded my case and I as well gave a heartfelt statement to the court. The judge told me I was extremely lucky to have such a great lawyer on my side. He then reduced my sentence further and threw out the probationary period as well...a double victory.{para}Dennis' reputation is well deserved. He has my highest respect not only as a lawyer but as a person.
