I lost the house & most of my things. My attorney used alimony as a bargaining chip. Within weeks of finishing the case no payment plan was acceptable for court costs and I was sent to collections. I had very minimal also for child support. There was no advocacy for me or my kids
They were absolutely awful on letting me know what was going on. I didn't get my court papers without having to complain & my final paperwork took months to get mailed.
The Extreme weight loss and over fidgety hands should tell you all you need to know. This guy should be put behind bars for his less than legal actions. The state should be ashamed to have this man as a guardian ad Litum.
Absolutely terrible GAL. Seems to enjoy siding with the abuser and doesn’t actually care about the children. I pray no other victim has to go through the pain of being revictimized by Peter’s terrible work as a GAL. My stbx was found guilty of DV. I had a restraining order and stbx never showed to spend time with the kids. Peter was irritated that the charges would prevent counseling together he believes abuse victims should counsel with their abusers. He ignored piles of evidence against stbx and stated there was nothing found. Run run run from this guy!!!
