SKILLED REPRESENTATION FOR MILITARY FAMILIES

Conveniently located near Eglin Air Force Base, Hurlburt Field and Duke Field, I have years of experience helping members of the armed forces with their divorce issues. I have a comprehensive knowledge of the Uniformed Service Former Spouses' Protection Act (USFSPA) and how it applies to your case. I also help clients with a variety of custody and visitation issues that can arise when a parent is forced to relocate due to a tour of duty or permanent change of station.

COMMITTED TO PROTECTING THE INTERESTS OF CHILDREN

Before opening my private family law practice, I spent six years as an attorney for Florida's Department of Children and Families, where I concentrated on child abuse cases. This provides me with a unique insight into how the divorce process can negatively affect children. I seek to help my clients reach custody and child support settlements that insulate their children from these effects.

Hired Attorney Steven J. Gilpatrick

When I retained Gilpatrick as my divorce attorney I had a successful business, beautiful daughter, a nice house, large retirement savings, etc. When Gilpatrick was finished "representing" me in my divorce; my business was gone, I was jobless, penniless, and HOMELESS, on the verge of declaring bankruptcy with over $70,000 in debt. I lost family heirlooms and gifts and lost custody of my daughter. All this to my spouse who had a history of domestic violence with a restraining order!!!
