Hired Attorney

Worst attorney I have ever seen - so nasty and mean - he needs to retire. Him and his staff don’t give a damn about their clients and you feel it every time you walk in the office (which smells like dirty diapers and mold). He doesn’t give legal advise, just sits there like a toad and types up the forms - he’s nothing more than a secretary. Many have said the same thing - nice until he gets your $, then becomes a monster.

Hired Attorney

I do not recommend Michael Webster as an attorney. He was very nice until & paid him. Once the Divorce Separation Agreement was completed, he wouldn't do anything to uphold this Legal Document. There was a major issue with my ex not complying with paying me 1/2 of all the money in our accounts. Apparently, my ex moved the money and Michael said, "good luck with that". This was absolutely the worst Attorney I have ever used and even after calling his office many times, he wouldn't do anything about this. He could have put a motion in the Court for my ex to pay & my ex would have had to pay Court costs. Michael did NOTHING. He is unprofessional and had no problem taking my money. Do Not Use! He only wants to get paid.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
