Hired Attorney Mr. Clark Henderson

I retained Clark for both a Custody and Modification hearing. Both worked out great. I've had custody of my Daughter for almost 3 years now. She's doing fantastic and has come so far from the shape she was in when I first got custody of her. Clark is a calm, cool, collected attorney that knows when to interject, present the facts, and make the opposition look... not so good. Well, it worked out. Got my Daughter, so everything's been great. If you're military like myself, Clark was very reasonable with retainer and billing. No lawyer is cheap, but I definitely got my money's worth and keep in mind he's the fourth lawyer that I've worked with. The others would always take my money, forget my name, my case, my info. Clark retains information and court preps really well and it pays off in the courtroom/magistrates office. He's a good dude, I'd definitely recommend him.

I’ve been through a rough divorce and custody battle. Clark and his assistant handled my case amazing. We went through hearing after hearing , motions and investigations. Clark helped me calm my nerves, understand what was happening and how to prepare. I recommend him to everyone I know who needs legal representation. He and his firm have been there for me through very trying times, Clark not only helped me win over and over he helped give me security and clarity knowing I will have him in my corner if I where to ever need Leah always advice or action. We not only won every hearing we also won an appeal my ex filed. I am very satisfied with his service and so are all of the people I’ve recommended him to.

Going through a divorce is an extremely stressful period in ones life, especially when there are children involved. Feeling supported , guided , and having my concerns heard were all a priority for me when searching for a lawyer to handle my case. I immediately felt like all of these qualities were met upon my initial consultation with Mr. Henderson. I could not be more thankful for his Hard work and dedication. It is because of this and the diligence of his staff that my case had a positive outcome . Rest assured Mr. Henderson will always have your best interest and will point you in the right direction. There is no doubt in my mind , had I not retained him, my case would not have been resolved the way it did. I would recommend Mr. Henderson to anyone that is in need of the greatest divorce lawyer in the Panhandle .

Hired Attorney Mr. Clark Henderson

I received more detailed and thorough information from Mr. Henderson about the processes of divorce than I had during my ongoing divorce case at another firm. He was very direct and candid, didn't sugar coat anything, but I never felt impatience, intimidation, or judgment, only professionalism and a calm demeanor in voice and body language, which was very important given the turbulent circumstances of my marriage. Their assistants are wonderful, too. Mr. Henderson and I decided that the cost of switching firms mid divorce would be exorbitant, that I should just switch lawyers at my other firm. He was trying to save my pocket book, which I appreciated at the time. I should have trusted my instincts and switched to Mr. Henderson, and I believe had I made the switch to Mr. Henderson, I would still have the restraining order that I was desperate to keep. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Henderson in the future because his knowledge and professionalism are superb!
