Hired Attorney

My son hired him for emergency custody hearing. Paid up front and was never contacted until after my son heard he had missed his court date. My son had to reschedule his own court date for almost 2 weeks in an emergency situation. Brett said he did enough work and wasn't going to give a refund!

Hired Attorney

A lawyer left the firm and files got messed up and they didn't even file our case after 2 months of thinking they did. we had to get our money and go to another layer,we were getting notices to appear in court.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
