Hired Law Firm

Administration staff professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My lawyer was passionate. At times aloof. Always professional. Eventually I came to realize that what I perceived as aloofness was his attempt to be cost conscious. He did not waste my time or my money. We settled rather than have a judge decide on outcome. This was done to protect my emotions. What I did not like was how I had to decide on the spot financial decisions that would impact my life for the rest of much of my life.

Hired Law Firm

If you or anyone is using Ginzberg, be prepared to lose everything as he is nothing but a cash cow and will charge you, charge you, charge you for everything. He will even force your case to go to trial to suck more money out of you. He has a very bad name and bad reputation in the area. Believe me... ask around, even ask other attorney's that deal with him and you will here the stories about him.{para}Therefore, DO NOT use him for anything!!!!!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
