Mr. Ryan Smith is an excellent attorney, after my son passed away Mr. Smith handled a malpractice suit against a doctor for his daughter. Mr. Smith was always available to talk and had compassion and respect for our family, he worked tirelessly and kept us updated. Would highly recommend this Attorney for any of your legal needs.
Mr. Smith provided very top notch legal services when I needed him the most. He was always prompt, always paid attention, and delivered his
services with a very positive attitude about the outcome. I was always comfortable with his representation, he got the job done with reasonable attorney fees, and I would use his services again if needed.
I hired Ryan to represent my stepson for a criminal case in Washngton Co. He was the most ill prepared attorney I have come across. He would not fight one bit for my client and recommended that he take the first deal offered by the prosecuting attorney and was not going to do any real work for anything less. For 18,000 you would think he would be a bull dog not a pansy. He just kept pushing back court dates while my stepson was being abused in jail. I found out through mutual friends that he was in a Facebook group asking questions on how to prepare for the trial and this was after 9 months had passed. We had a female judge and prosecuting attorney and he just rolled over. When I asked for my money back or a portion of it to hire EFFEcTIVE counsel, he refused. I had to hire another attorney who agreed to take our case for 10,000, far less than I had paid Ryan. The new counsel was great and we were able to reach a deal that was acceptable which was time served plus probation. Don’t HIRE
