This attorney handled my families estate when my mother died. I received approximately 3MM which he put in a corporate trust and 200k for my individual account. I asked him to prepare a trust for me when / passed. It was supposed for the 3MM but he prepared it for the 200k and then informed me that the 3MM would have to be paid immediately to my beneficiaries at my death and no further estate can be planned. He said it's no big deal I would live a long time . Then hounded me for the 1000 fee which / paid just get him to leave me alone . This is after we just paid him 60k to handle the estate. Furthermore, he harassed me to sign the paperwork closing the estate before I received and still have yet to receive valuable coins from my family. As a former banker I've worked with many attorneys and no a good one from a bad one. Do not hire him he says all the right things upfront but don’t be fooled.
