This attorney represented us in a Real Estate deal while at the same time representing the property developer. There were 2 issues with our closing. Two promises made by seller that were never carried out, one of which was negotiated directly by Mr. Hamilton while sitting with us at the closing. Six months later neither of these 2 promises had been carried out and cost us about $3000.00. When we contacted Mr. Hamilton and ask for his assistance in getting these two matters dealt with and cleaned up, he informed us he could not help us and just walked away and washed his hands of the whole matter. We later found out that he regularly represented the developer in his closings and we were an out-of-state client. So frankly we don’t think he cared 1 ounce about what happened to us at the closing.
