Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Alex practiced at international law firms in New York and completed a secondment with Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in New York.

Represented the Special Committee of Soho House & Co. Inc. (NYSE: SHCO) in Soho House's $2.7 billion take-private transaction.
Represented a consortium of investors, including Permira and Hellman & Friedman, in the $10.2 billion all-cash take-private acquisition of Zendesk.
