Gary L. Butler stands out as a distinguished legal professional, backed by a robust academic background and extensive experience in the legal field. His academic journey began with summa cum laude honors from Stetson University in 1982, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Economics. Continuing his pursuit of knowledge, Gary furthered his education at the University of Florida, graduating with honors in 1986 with a Juris Doctor and a Masters of Business Administration.
Since gaining admission to The Florida Bar in 1986, Gary has demonstrated his legal prowess across the state, contributing his skills to both large and small firms. In 2008, he co-founded a successful firm before venturing into solo practice in the Spring of 2012, establishing Gary L. Butler, P.A.
Gary is licensed to practice before all state courts in Florida and holds admission to practice in all Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts within the state. Beyond his legal pursuits, Gary actively engages in community involvement at Pasadena Community Church, where he has served on various elected leadership committees for years. Currently, he chairs the Church Council, the governing body of the church, and provides leadership to the Board of Trustees and Lay Leadership Committee. Demonstrating a heart for community service, Gary has dedicated over two decades to mentoring high school boys and facilitating mission trips within the church's youth program.
