Update 4-30-25 they are back to there sneaky and misleading, accusations and false judgments, removing someone’s children once again just for the money, sneaky and crooked once the phone records come in from both places, they are going to be posted all over this website to show the proof of how crooked this lawyer is that they didn’t Follow the rules once again the truth will come out as soon as I get those records California state bar is also requesting the records That just goes to show you what crooked lawyers will do. Beware people I will update with the records. The sheriffs also made a mistake and didn’t follow a certain guideline not going to say what it is because it would give them a chance to cover there tracks! Also there client Danielle Sarco tells a 5 and 7 year old that she wants there dad dead and the kids repeat it to the father that is all on recording not only that one children told the father about sex acts that his mother Danielle Sarco let’s him and knows about it
I would not recommend this law firm to anyone they are sneaky crooked and they do not follow court orders. so on December 3, 2024 I was ordered to take a drug test I did not receive any phone call notifying me that I had to take a drug test. I just so happened to open my email and in my spam folder I seen something saying I had to take a drug test no court document or anything so I called the facility the lady I spoke to said I have to come in to take a drug test I said ok no problem She stated it has to be completed by December 12 I was like ok thank you so I go back and check my email. Yes the dates match up December 12. so I try to reach out to the mother of my children to see if its related to our custody matter no response so I email her and said ok I will get the drug test done thinking she will say there is a lot more to my review.
