We have had one of the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences with this firm. The lack of communication and complete misrepresentation of what this firm promised to deliver is shocking. What should have been a fairly simple and routine estate closing after my grandparents passing, has now grown into an almost 3 year ordeal. There have been countless unreturned emails, scheduled meetings that were ignored, deadlines missed, and it is clear that their clients are not important to them. We feel that without consistent reminders from us, we would be 100% forgotten. This review is based on facts that can be documented. We want closure, we want to move on.
