Richard L. Strohm brings over four decades of trial experience, having served as lead counsel in more than 50 jury trials in Arizona and Colorado Superior Courts and the U.S. District Courts. His diverse case portfolio includes high-profile matters such as murder trials, political crimes, and multi-million-dollar personal injury and medical malpractice claims. Richard has also argued numerous cases before the Arizona Supreme Court, Arizona Courts of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In addition to his trial work, Richard has held key roles as Assistant Chief Criminal Deputy at the Pima County Attorney's Office and Special Assistant Attorney General for statewide antitrust investigations. A former professor of criminal law and procedure, he has also been a lecturer for the Arizona State Bar, National College of District Attorneys, and other professional organizations. Richard is the author of multiple books on legal topics, including financial problem-solving, workplace rights, and family law. His past clients include Farmers Insurance, Ryder Truck, and the University of Arizona Medical Center.
