Clifford Rhoades assisted our family with disposing of real estate after the death of my father-in-law. His expertise and professionalism were invaluable to someone like me, who never has any experience with courts of law. Everything that he said was going to happen, happened just like he said. Any correspondence that we received from mortgage companies was handled in a timely manner. His work was a huge load off of my mind.

They were picked by my real estate company as the title company for 2 different properties. I would not use them again- especially after the death of a family member and no mobile home title where I did all the work for them to get the title. I called the previous LLC to see how the situation should be handled and was given advice by that real estate professional on how to solve the issue.
We paid C. Rhoades thousands of dollars to do work that was of absolutely no value to us. As an attorney with 38 years of experience in real estate ("dirt") law, in my opinion, he should have known that the first step was to have a survey done to establish the current property lines. (Our case was a property line dispute). He didn't do that and it cost us thousands of dollars! Very upsetting and disheartening.
