Steven M. Palmer is an integral member of the CH& Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights team, supporting small and mid-sized businesses in Chapter 11 Subchapter V proceedings, receiverships, contract and lease negotiations, and business wind-downs when necessary. With a practice spanning bankruptcy law, debt settlement, and loss mitigation, Steve has represented clients on both sides of bankruptcy matters, including banks, businesses, and individuals, totaling over a thousand cases. He is experienced in contract and debt negotiation, real estate litigation, immigration cases, mediation, and foreclosure defense and prosecution. Steve is recognized for his strategic planning and commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for his clients. He has been acknowledged on the Washington Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers® Magazine and is a two-time recipient of the Cali Excellence in Law award. Steve frequently contributes to his field as an author and speaker at national conferences. Active in the legal community, he is a member of several professional associations, including the King County Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Outside of work, Steve enjoys traveling with his family and fishing with his sons.
