Stephen is a distinguished attorney with a singular focus on exclusively defending active-duty members facing courts-martial, separation boards, and other UCMJ-related disciplinary or adverse actions since 2008. Since 2002, Stephen has contributed significantly to the field by publishing legal articles on military justice matters, covering topics such as "Federal Criminal Practice: A Military Justice Primer" and "Blessed are the Peacemakers: Remembering Kosovo." The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness.
