Hired Attorney

Scott has excellent client reviews, on which I based my decision to hire him. A particular area of expertise is charges such as minor in possession/consumption (misdemeanor) and he has been featured in local cobb county magazines. He is an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable attorney. He does specialize in criminal law, both felony and misdemeanor. I would not hesitate to recommend him highly.

Hired Attorney

Scott is a top-rate attorney. I am currently retaining him to represent me in a personal injury case. Because he represented me so well with my criminal case there was no doubt who I would use. Hopefully I won't need representation in the future, but if I do, Scott Semrau is the only attorney for me!

Hired Attorney

Did not advise us of other options. Was not persistent in following up on information from prosecutors. Was never proactive, always reactive. Found out after the fact that we could have headed of charges if we appeared before Grand Jury. We asked Scott about this and he discouraged us. Whole attitude was wait and see. We did, and it was the wrong option. Since the trial I have done research on the prosecution of this type of crime, and he did everything opposite of the suggestions.
