Your integrity, brilliance and knowledge are extraordinary, I am grateful to have been represented by you.
Having over 30 years of experience negotiating medical debt settlements with attorneys, I was anxious at the reality of needing an attorney to represent me in an employment matter. From the first meeting to the very end, every interaction with you and your team was exceptional.
Without your support, I likely would have settled for less than was truly due me. Thank you to Scott and team.

Hired Attorney Scott C.G. Blankenship

The Blankenship Law Firm changed my life and restored my reputation. I found The Blankenship Law Firm after hiring a different law firm that did not see the case as I saw it, and actually tried to pressure me to settle my case early before it was filed. Although it took a lot of collaboration and hard work on my part and my attorneys Scott Blankenship and Robin Shishido from The Blankenship Law Firm worked tirelessly to get me justice, it was well worth the investment of time.

Hired Attorney Scott C.G. Blankenship

I hired Scott Blankenship 3 years ago to handle my case, he did not file it for an entire year and never informed me as a client of this. He has posted my case to reviews without asking my consent. As far as value for his services, his fee agreement operates to his advantage and should say he will take over 80% of your settlement, never once received a REAL bill for what he was doing for 3 years. I paid for him to eat lunch at $500/hour and his lunch as well as ethics counseling. Not worth it.
