With over three decades of legal experience, Neil Fox has represented thousands of clients in felony and misdemeanor trials and appeals, including capital cases. Neil began his career as a staff attorney at the Washington Appellate Defender Association, followed by key roles as attorney and supervisor at the Seattle-King County Public Defender Association. He later served “of counsel” at Cohen & Iaria, before founding the Law Office of Neil Fox, PLLC in 2010. Recognized for his strong legal analysis and exceptional trial skills, Neil has handled complex matters involving foreign-born clients, interstate and international discovery, and extradition. He serves as a cooperating attorney with the Mexican Capital Legal Assistance Program in capital cases. Neil’s achievements have been honored by organizations such as the ACLU, Washington State Bar Association, and Mothers for Police Accountability, and he has earned “Super Lawyer” and “Preeminent” ratings. His commitment to justice extends globally, including teaching and advocacy work in Belarus, South Africa, Austria, and the West Bank.
