About Nathaniel L. Taylor

Nat serves as outside general counsel to a number of businesses and non-profit organizations. From choice of entity and raising capital, through commercialization to eventual succession or sale, he helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses and make a lasting impact for their families and the community. He regularly provides advice on employment agreements and noncompetes and assists in the preparation and negotiation in a number of commercial contracts.
