About Nathan Nanfelt

Nathan Nanfelt has the heart of an advocate.

Nathan is committed to fighting for justice and fairness for policyholders, consumers, and workers. As an attorney on Keller Rohrback LLP’s Complex Litigation team, Nathan represents individuals, businesses, and classes harmed by insurers and other corporations that commit bad faith or malfeasance. Whether representation leads to an early resolution (great when that happens!), arbitration, litigation, or trial, Nathan has the endurance to go the distance for the little guy.

An avid storyteller, Nathan has a knack for distilling complex facts into compelling narratives. His practice includes representing policyholders, including homeowners, small businesses, and injured persons. Denied or delayed insurance benefits? Nathan’s your advocate.

Nathan knows his way around the courtroom. Prior to joining Keller Rohrback LLP, Nathan served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington. Before that, Nathan tried jury cases for the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. With his extensive court experience, Nathan has the discernment to know when to compromise and when to fight.

A graduate of Seattle University School of Law, Nathan co-wrote constitutional and human rights educational materials for youth in Zambia, with a focus on gender-based violence and police brutality.

When not lawyering, Nathan enjoys playing the piano. You may just see him on the keys in a hotel lobby or bar association event. He lives with his family in Seattle, where he attends Sounders games and attempts the occasional DIY home project.
