Michele Shaw is a total nightmare. My mother hired her to represent both my brother and I after I had forcibly removed him from my home in Seattle when he arrived unannounced from New York City at 4am during the summer of 2016 as a result of a provocation carried out by corrupt elements in the American FBI and NSA in concert with his employer. I was arrested for assault but the charges were dropped a few days later because it is not illegal to forcibly remove a trespasser from your home in Washington. Nevertheless, Michele ran the meter constantly and tried to create additional fee income for herself by creating extra procedural work and CONVINCING SOMEONE IN THE SEATTLE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE TO RETAIN PENDING FELONY ASSAULT CHARGES in the NCIC database. These charges were maintained for nearly 3 years after the event. It was an huge battle to have them removed and the arrest expunged and I literally had to live in Russia as a political refugee during that time. AVOID.
