I wasn't happy at all with Michael Brandt services. Very similar experience to other 1 star reviewers that I just read. Mr Brandt had to be reintroduced to the easements I hired Him to create several times. It was like starting over every time nearly I spoke with Him. I was frustrated and actually wrote them out for Him and drew pictures and took pictures and had him come out to try and help him get mentally unlost. Changing a 1 minute of time sentence on an easement would take weeks of time to get back. So I did it in 1 minute and resent it to him so He would not forget the verbal communication we had. Days weeks later several phone calls he eventually did it after explanation again... He couldn't get them correct until I wrote them and hand held them through. It was ridiculous and ended up costly a lot more than double what it should have and I attribute that to Him just not properly engaged. I am sure if He wasn't by the hour those items may have gotten done timely with out several
His responses were slow & not related to the points I communicated to him in a very detailed manner. He demonstrated lack of understanding and the lack of reading my detailed emails. The most outrageous thing was that he notified me of a response deadline by the other party about three weeks after it was giving and that's after the other party lawyer was asking for a response multiple times. I was able to resolve the case myself with reading the law and writing my own letter to the other party.
