Hired Attorney

He took $5000 and promised to depose two managers but he did not. He asked $35000 when I asked him to help me with trial. He told me not to show medical or disability issues and said a jury will favor a plaintiff not having health issues. He told me you must settle as a judge will most likely dismiss your case if you act as pro se. I believe my time with him was a bitter failure and waste, and it ruined my case completely.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
