Hired Attorney Evan Loeffler

I highly recommend Evan Loeffler. We faced an incredibly tough eviction case against professional, difficult renters. Hired Attorney Evan Loeffler

Mr. Loeffler represented us in a recent eviction as well as provided legal guidance on some ongoing landlord-tenant disputes. The eviction went flawlessly- Mr. Loeffler's office handled everything from serving the tenants to contacting the sheriff's office and recording the judgment after the court hearing. More importantly, Mr. Loeffler's advice has been straight-forward and absolutely invaluable to us. We intend to continue using this office for all our future needs!

Evan Loeffler made a very stressful litigation initiated against us by a former tenant an almost pleasant experience. His no BS attitude and knowledge made us feel very comfortable and confident even before we appeared in court. But the most impressive part was the way he handled the case in court- we not only won, but we felt sorry for the other party despite the grief they had caused us. Ever since, Mr. Loeffler is the attorney we call, and we trust his advice completely.

took all my info about my case. never return a call or even acknowledge if they can help me or not. brought up my hope that i finally found an attorney that do my case. but not a single word or phone call from the attorney. front desk person wasn't helpful and provide low level of customer services.
