About Kimberly Elizabeth Loges

During her career, Kimberly has represented clients in many complex family law matters including divorce, committed intimate relationships, child custody and child support actions, modifications of parenting plans, and relocations. Additionally, Kimberly has extensive experience handling domestic violence protection orders and anti-harassment protection orders. Kimberly strives to effectively advocate for her clients and enjoys a challenge. You can find her practicing in a number of counties throughout Washington, including King, Snohomish, Skagit, Kitsap and even Chelan. Kimberly received her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After law school, she returned to Washington where she began her career in family law. Kimberly has served as an elected member and Secretary of the statewide Washington State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee. She also is an author of the upcoming WSBA Family Law Deskbook (3rd ed.). Giving back to the community is a priority to her. Kimberly currently volunteers for the King County Bar Association’s Cross-Cultural Family Law Clinic and the Neighborhood Legal Clinics. She has also volunteered in the past for King County CASA, Lifewire, Solid Ground, and other local service agencies on family law matters.

Hired Attorney

I called for an issue I had been dealing with thru the courts for 2 months. Kim Loges had my information in 15 minutes, literally! Talk about timely. I have never dealt with an attorney so easily. She was polite, caring and prompt. I highly recommend her and would definately use her again

Hired Attorney

In consult Ms. Loges came off so fervent, supportive, proficient, inspiring and primed to facilitate remediating the problems I was encountering. It seemed too zealous. My suspicion/apprehension radar were right on. So, I looked for peer feedback. I called a few Family Law attorneys 4, said she is a FACADE. Peer’s experience was opposite to her claims of willingness, professionalism, communication, & integrity! Was told Loges is willing and does LIE to judges, attorneys, clients. She deceives and is calculatingly unethical. The willingness is to get your retainer, then look out! Some attorneys imparted they had clients that had fired her and took over. They said her warning signs are unethical practice and breaches of professional standards, encourages you to lie, report false information, provide misleading testimony, falsify/alter evidence. Peers have caught her. So I chose one of the attorneys that had represented a fired client of hers. DODGED A REAL BULLET HERE/ LOOK TWICE/BE WARY

Hired Attorney

Ms. Loges does not reply in a timely fashion to colleges or those who represent themselves Pro Se. Kimberly has been caught telling lies to judges in court. Her track record of respect for colleges has been challenged by other lawyers and her less than poor communication cause harm. Her lack of professionalism is appalling. She violates professional conduct and ethics rules in 3 areas - Neglect, Lack of communication, and misrepresentation or dishonesty. Be very careful if you are considering her for representation
