Jason G Epstein

Jason G. Epstein is a Washington personal injury lawyer, author, law professor, and owner of Premier Law Group, PLLC.

Since 1999, Jason has devoted his practice to helping people and families facing the aftermath of serious injuries, wrongful death, and other life-changing losses. He represents clients throughout Washington in cases involving motor vehicle collisions, catastrophic injuries, and negligence-based claims.

Jason earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2001. His legal education also includes a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, reflecting his commitment to advocacy, strategy, and effectively resolving difficult conflicts.

Jason has helped families pursue justice after devastating losses, including the death of an 83-year-old grandfather killed by a falling tree. He has also secured substantial recoveries in catastrophic injury cases, including $4.5 million in a semi-truck case and $1.05 million for a surveyor who suffered spinal injuries after being run over on the job.

In addition to his work at Premier Law Group, Jason serves as an adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law, where he teaches Trial and Pre-Trial Advocacy and Law Firm Entrepreneurship. He has also taught through the American Bar Association’s Critical Trial Skills program.
