I was arrested for a legal medical marijuana grow in 2009. $500,000 worth of my assets were seized by a corrupt drug task force. Jim argued brilliantly during 9 days of a suppression/ Franks/ Governmental misconduct hearing. We won the motion. The state appealed the decision and Jim argued the appeal. We just received a unanimous decision from the court of appeals in our favor. THANK YOU JIM!!
