Jim is a horrible man and will go to great lengths to protect a lie, even at the expense and ruination of the minors life. He sides with abusive caregivers and the department to keep children from their parents. He puts ideas into the kids heads that are counter to resolving family issues. He relies on hearsay and has ways to garner Fake expert opinions not based on any REAL data or evidence. Then after they are ruled inadmissible, he continues to reference the information and sneak it in on the record when he speaks in court. Its the most disgusting abuse of the system and abuse of a license to practice law I have ever witnessed. He would rather destroy a child that admit he was wrong and sided with the real abuser instead of the one who was just trying to protect her child. He should be immediately stripped of his license and not allowed anywhere near a child. He acts like this is a criminal case and it is not, we have proof there was not abuse by the parent and he refuses accept
