I got Elysia Ruvinsky as King County Public Defender on a dependency case involving my biological son that turned into a termination case I have to appeal due to her refusal to obtain court ordered medical care for me+medical records signed off by a records technician which I can do myself as a non lawyer, discriminatory&harassing behavior IMO, putting me in not to code, awful housing that was not ADA compliant, helping delinquent income tax paying & divorced 2x foster parents for my son J file a perjurious & denied SLAPP/protection order request claiming this income tax debt belonged to another person with the same name & DOB I verified to the court via his King County divorce records. the judge agreed this was sufficient to verify the foster parent’s delinquent income tax debt&denied his request for a protection order as it would violate my 1st amendment free speech rights as my allegations were true.Unlike Ruvinsky, I argued a landlord-tenant appellate court case successfully.AVOID!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
