In 1977 one attorney wanted to break from the pack and create a firm focused on a new concept of service--a firm built on listening so intently to the needs of businesses and individuals that the common distractions of the legal system fall quiet. He saw the need for a team of highly competent lawyers who would be in the business of helping people realize their goals, looking out for others' interests first, and speaking for those who would otherwise have no voice in the legal system.

Hired Attorney Jan Olson

Mr. Olson is caring, efficient, smart, compassionate, and kind. He has years of experience giving him insights as to how to proceed and who to contact in putting together a case. He is sharp and thinks fast on his feet. I would recommend him highly.

Hired Law Firm

Chad Allred was an excellent attorney protecting the trust beneficiaries' interests when the Trustee illegally transferred a piece of real property out of the trust and into his wife's name. He worked swiftly, amicably and got the Trustee to cooperate, all with a minimum of cost and avoiding litigation. He was a source of sound and trustworthy advice....a great client advocate. I can't recommend Chad highly enough.

Hired Attorney Jan Olson

Jan helped us through a matter with professionalism. He was straightforward yet compassionate. We were successful in the end. He will offer a strategy but allows you to decide. He does not bully you into what he wants, he explains his thoughts and is willing to clarify anything you may not understand or agree with. We highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney Jan Olson

Extremely disappointed with the service. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. Not only was the communication poor, but the quality of work was also very bad. I felt mislead and ignored throughout the process, and in the end, I was left with the sense that my time and money were completely wasted. I would not recommend Jan Olson to anyone.

Hired Attorney Jan Olson

Jan's only concern is adding up a fat bill at the end of each month. Jan works against his clients; he will make you confused, throw irrelevant options at you, scare you and complicate your case so he can keep charging and charging you huge dollar amount. Jan isn't professional at all he is a rip off.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
