Voted a Washington Super Lawyer from 2012-2022, Elizabeth Woody Lindquist has continued her family's legacy by promoting justice to injured people. Both of her parents were state senators for Snohomish County, and forged their careers on upholding the rights of the state's most vulnerable citizens. While an undergraduate at the University of Washington, Ms. Lindquist served as Director of Legislative Affairs for the student body, lobbying for student interests in Olympia. After graduation, she worked at Preston, Gates and Ellis assisting the attorneys representing the Pike Place Market against the hostile takeover attempts of the New York Urban Group investors. She was a Merit Scholar at the University of Puget Sound (now Seattle University) School of Law when she became involved in the American Bar Association (ABA) and was elected the ABA Law Student Division Governor for the 12th Circuit, which includes the eight northwest law schools. Upon graduation, Ms. Lindquist had a job waiting for her with the Law Offices of Karen Zimmer, practicing plaintiff's personal injury law. She soon advanced to General Manager of the office. After four years, she was approached by Kirk B. Bernard and joined his firm in 1998. In 2006 she became a partner of Bernard & Lindquist. In 2010, she opened Lindquist Law, PLLC. During the course of her practice, she has handled a variety of plaintiff's injury claims, including pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, medical malpractice and nursing home abuse, and injuries involving defective products and unsafe premises. Some of her most rewarding work has been obtaining just compensation for children who have been injured in accidents. She been a trailblazer in locating investments for the children's settlement funds, including structured settlements, special needs trusts, and Guaranteed Education Tuition Plans for pre-paid college education. In addition, Ms. Lindquist is on the Board of Governors of the Washington State Association for Justice (formerly the Trial Lawyer's Association), where she also serves as V.P. for Judicial Relations and on the Legislative Steering Committee. She is often asked to speak at continuing legal education seminars for lawyers. Ms. Lindquist has successfully negotiated settlements totaling over 5 million dollars during the course of her career.

Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Best decision to hire Elizabeth, she was amazing to work with - detail oriented, responsive, great communications, explain the process, and she did all the work dealing with insurance, doctors, etc... I couldn't recommend her more.
Her researching was lacking and was suppose to make a amendment in the court documents making me the payee of the restitution owed to the court. The restitution was to pay crime victims back for the help paying my hospital bills. Which I had to pay back out of my settlement. Now I have to do her work by proving to the courts I paid crime victims back. So I can receive any restitution pay.
