Upon calling Mr. Vogel and explaining my case he was more than willing to help, although I couldn’t afford to pay for his services he was still more than willing to give me some excellent and professional legal advice and it helped win my case! David was very easy to work with. He was well prepared, and sought out experts to backup the lawsuit.He kept me well informed.He was great at negotiating a settlement for me at arbitration.The settlement was well beyond what I had imagined.David was not afraid to take on a tough case.

David Vogel was my last hope after having been rejected by all the lawyers I interviewed and then fired by two separate firms who took my case because they felt it was too complex and the insurance company we were up against was too powerful. Mr. Vogel agreed to take my case and managed to settle out of court for more than either of the other attorneys had dreamed possible. He did it quickly, efficiently and professionally.
